Welcome to day one of The Original 34.
Below you’ll find your “Mindful Living” tracker, a simple, no pressure resource to help keep us all motivated throughout the next 14 days together.
At the end of each day or the following morning if that suits you best, simply update your tracker and either upload to your instagram story (making sure to tag me) or send via our WhatsApp group (please shout if you’re not part of this yet) with the aim to keep us all accountable, to share our experience, to support one another and to build on this already beautiful community.

To help with your tracker i’ve popped a bit more detail below:
Pilates - an easy one, just complete your daily session with me.
Time outside - step outside in the fresh air at least once each day. Let’s try to embrace “green time before screen time” as best we can each morning and help to reset our circadian rhythm by getting outside, even for 10 minutes, before the sun goes down.
Gratitude - reflect on your day and jot down 1, 2 or 3 things that made you smile. Small small moments, a smile from a stranger, a smell that brought a memory to mind. Anything at all.
Breathwork - commit to taking 10 long, deep breaths through your nose at some point during your day. I like to do this just before I go to sleep using the starfish breathing technique. CLICK HERE to be guided by me.
Today’s Session
You may have noticed that during this video (and every video in this challenge) I am wearing ankle/wrist weights. This is totally optional and only for those that really want to step up their Pilates practice.
