Today’s Session
Our second day of rest, a day to check in with how you feel in both your mind and body. A day to spend as much time outside as possible, doing as many things that you love as possible.
Take this time for you.
If your body is craving more movement, scan through the library and choose whichever session calls to you. If your body is craving rest, listen to it.
